Click the "drop-down-box" at the side of your name...click "User Control Panel".....click 3rd panel/tab to the right "Board preferences" and then click into the "My timezone" box...multiple time options will appear; click the one for where you live...if you're currently in good 'ole Blighty then you'll need to click the "UTC + 00:00" option....click "Submit" and et voila you're done
